The agent didn&#8217;t take my personal details. She didn&#8217;t even greet me or eye contact is key with me.</p>

Danielle arrived 10 min early, she was immaculately groomed, a name badge, brochures and marketing material regarding the property, herself and her company. She was pleasant to do business with and knew the home and property intimately with all the history of the home as well as had a great familiarity with the area. The home and property had good ambience was spotless with good signage and was super easy to locate. She asked questions which were relevant and qualified me as a buyer with an apartment to sell. A really high number of people inspected the home and property. I was very pleased with her presentation of both herself and property.</p>

She invested some time and involvement in everyone. She is conducting a market appraisal on my own apartment and has been very consistent with her follow-up phone calls. When it&#8217;s time to market my apartment I will probably list it with Danielle.</p>
